Where do you ship your orders from?
Our products are all printed on demand, from local and international partners. With varied shipping times depending on location, please allow up to six weeks for delivery.
How are your shipping charges calculated?
All shipping & delivery amounts are set by our printing partners and charged to customers at cost price.
Can I change my address for delivery?
Yes, as long as your product hasn't been shipped yet. If you need to change your address then please get in touch as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my order.
Check with your household and your neighbours to see if they signed for the parcel or picked it up on your behalf.
If this is not the case then please contact your local post provider (eg: Australia Post or NZ Post) to lodge a delivery dispute case. This must be done on your end first before contacting us.

Please then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the case number provided by the carrier. Only after we have both of these can we do our best to help you out ASAP.
I haven't received my tracking number yet?
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided in the order once your order has been posted out. Please check your order that you have entered your correct email address.

Deliveries & Returns
How long will it take to ship my order?
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. Being print on demand, you can expect to receive your order within 6 weeks.
Once you've placed your order it usually takes 1-5 business days before it's ready to ship out. Once it leaves the printer you'll receive an automated email with tracking information.
Products made in Australia: 2 - 3 weeks.
Products made elsewhere: 4 - 6 weeks.
Where are Rugby League Merch products shipped from?
Orders are produced at third-party fulfillers around the world, including facilities in the United Kingdom, Australia, and across the United States.
By default Rugby League Merch products are fulfilled in Australia. If a product is fulfilled elsewhere, the product page will mention where and give you an estimate on how long shipping will take.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive your order in multiple packages at different times. If you have a question about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us via the Contact Us page.
Can I change my delivery address after I've placed an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet then we can deliver to an alternate address for you. Pleasecontact usas soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
What's your return policy?
Under the Australian Consumer Law, when you buy products they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do so as described. If you buy something that isn't right, you have consumer rights.
If you feel your purchase has arrived to you in an unsatisfactory condition, you have the right to ask for a replacement or refund.
If this does happen, we will ask you to take a photo of the issue and email it to email@example.com. From there, we will do what we can so that everyone's satisfied with the outcome.
Please note that neither a replacement or refund will be provided for a simple change of mind or if you selected the wrong garment size.
What's with the strange shipping amounts at the check out?
Shipping costs are calculated to the cent so you are charged the exact cost that our print providers around the world charge.
Care Instructions & Sizing
How should I wash my shirt?
Turn garments inside out to preserve the integrity of the design. Use cold water only, and laundry detergent without bleach. Dry on low under normal settings. Expect about 5-7% (about half a shirt size) shrinkage after a normal wash for cotton shirts. Wash colours separately from whites, especially on the first wash.
Over time, you may experience slight fading on the graphic as your shirt naturally weathers with repeated washings. This will happen faster if you don't follow the above instructions.
Why does my shirt smell strangely?
The printing process involves preparing the shirt with a setting spray - this helps the design take to the shirt, and makes for a long-lasting print. The spray does have an odour and if the shirt is packaged soon after printing, the smell can linger a bit.
Not to worry! The smell should go away on its own, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold and dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! Either should get rid of any residual odour. If the smell remains, feel free to let us know via the Contact Us page.
Why did my shirt arrive with faded spots all over it?
The last step of the printing process includes the use of a setting spray to make sure the design stays on the shirt. Occasionally this spray can leave faded spots on the shirt, but those should wash out after the first wash! If they don't, please let us know and we'd be happy to rectify this for you.

Can I use multiple discount codes in one transaction?
Only one discount code can be used on each transaction. It can be applied at the checkout before making your payment.
Feel free to add as many products as you want to make the most of that code though.
What payment methods do you accept?
We've tried to make everything as easy as possible when checking out, because if you want to give us money then we will happily take it!
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, and Afterpay.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
We use third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions.
These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using the industry-standard encryption technology.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
How fast do you reply to emails?
To ensure every inquiry is handled with care, you may not see an immediate response to your email. Depending on incoming inquiry volume, the exact response time may vary.
Generally, messages are responded to within one business day.
Where do the designs on Rugby League Merch come from?
All of the art you see on the website is original and created by the respective brands. You won't find these at any of your big brand stores.

What does Rugby League Merch do to give back?
In addition to providing many rugby league related brands a place to sell their merch, Rugby League Merch has partnered with Men of League to raise money for those in the community who are less fortunate and need support.
10% from every order on this website goes directly to Men of League via donation. Talking League has also pledged 50% of all their profits to this worthy cause.
